Vol. 28, N. 3: 135-147.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das Ziel dieser Studie &#8220;ist es, die Wirksamkeit der Audiopsychophonologie bei Tinnituspatienten zu ermitteln. Die Patienten in dieser Studie sind 30 (n=30). Sie wurden mit den folgenden Instrumenten beurteilt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inventar der Tinnitusbehinderung (THI)<\/li>\n<li>Skala zur Bewertung von Angstzust\u00e4nden (SAS)<\/li>\n<li>spezifische Testbatterie f\u00fcr die Audio-Psycho-Phonologie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nach durchschnittlich 46 Stunden Therapie (H\u00f6ren) berichteten die Patienten \u00fcber eine Verbesserung von einem Punkt im THI-Fragebogen und eine mediane Abnahme von 21% bei den SAS-Testwerten. Patienten, bei denen der Tinnitus aus dem HNO-Bereich stammt, verzeichneten einen R\u00fcckgang des THI-Scores um zwei Punkte. Selbst die Teilnehmer mit dem h\u00f6chsten THI-Score zeigen nach Beendigung der Therapie einen medianen Gewinn von zwei Punkten. Diese Ergebnisse, verglichen mit anderen auf akustischer Stimulation basierenden Methoden zur Behandlung von Tinnitus, zeigen ein effektiveres und breiteres Ergebnis, um Tinnituspatienten anzusprechen und ihnen zu helfen, ihre Symptome zu lindern.
