Vol. 28, N. 3\u00a0: 135-147.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le but de cette \u00e9tude \u00ab\u00a0est de d\u00e9terminer\u00a0l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de l&#8217;audio-psycho-phonologique des patients souffrants d&#8217;acouph\u00e8nes. Les patients de cette \u00e9tude sont au nombre de 30 (n=30). Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s avec les outils suivants :\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>inventaire du handicap acouph\u00e9nique (THI)<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9chelle d&#8217;\u00e9valuation de l&#8217;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 (SAS)<\/li>\n<li>batterie de tests sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l&#8217;audio-psycho-phonologie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une moyenne de 46 heures de th\u00e9rapie (\u00e9coute), les patients reportent une am\u00e9lioration d&#8217;un point sur le questionnaire THI et une m\u00e9diane de 21% de diminution des scores du test SAS. Les patients dont l&#8217;origine de l&#8217;acouph\u00e8ne est du domaine ORL enregistrent une diminution du score THI de deux points. M\u00eame les participants qui ont le score THI le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 montrent un gain m\u00e9dian de deux points apr\u00e8s la fin de la th\u00e9rapie. Ces r\u00e9sultats, compar\u00e9s avec les autres m\u00e9thodes bas\u00e9es sur la stimulation sonore pour traiter les acouph\u00e8nes, montrent un r\u00e9sultat plus efficace et plus large pour adresser les patients qui souffrent d&#8217;acouph\u00e8nes et pour les aider \u00e0 soulager leurs sympt\u00f4mes.
